Unexpected rains delayed the show and prevented tuoitre.vn from covering the Trinh Cong Son music show live on Monday evening.
When the show started late, it was still raining but viewers protected themselves by wearing raincoats distributed by the organizers.
Some trouble occurred with the sound system due to the rains.
The show, scripted by famous poet Do Trung Quan and edited by Trinh Vinh Trinh, younger sister of Trinh Cong Son, is divided into three parts: romantic songs, songs of the motherland and songs of life and thoughts.
Show writer and also show host, Do Trung Quan, still made the show a lively one despite being wet from the rains

2,500 free tickets to the event were distributed on the morning of March 30.
This is the 9th time the Hoi Ngo Club House has organized the show to pay respect to Trinh Cong Son, dubbed the Bob Dylan of Vietnam.
