Vietnam Airlines has launched an online check-in facility for passengers with no checked baggage traveling on domestic and international flights departing from Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and South Korea.
The national flagship carrier said the facility is available on its website www.vietnamairlines.com and that it would save time for passengers departing from Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, Vientiane in Laos, Phnom Penh and Siem Reap in Cambodia, and Seoul and Pusan in South Korea.
The service is open four to 20 hours before departure and passengers must check-in online within the time frame. They are required to turn up at the airline’s counter at airports at least 45 minutes prior to departure.
Passengers who buy tickets online or confirm booking with the airline can also access the check-in service through its website.
