Vietnam’s first 5-star hospital breaks ground

Construction of VinMedicare, Vietnam’s first general hospital offering world class facilities and services started yesterday in Hanoi.
VinMedicare, covering a 24,670 square meters in Hai Ba Trung District, will be the first hospital in Vietnam equipped with luxurious medical facilities and exclusive services equal to those of a five star hotel.
The building to be located at Hanoi’s new green urban area Eco City is invested by Vietnam’s real estate Vingroup.
Taking on the country’s top-notch experts and doctors of all medical departments, VinMedicare will house more than five-star 500 private rooms, all designed to receive natural light and boast luxurious restrooms.
Accommodations for relatives who might wish to live near the patients are also taken into consideration.
Besides, there will be 25 high standard VIP rooms and two president suites available upon request.
The king-sized luxurious private suites can provide extra accommodation to the patients’ families and his or her assistants and secretaries, along with a living room for reception.
Vingroup is a key player in Vietnam’s luxury market with its expensive real estates, holiday resorts and shopping malls across Vietnam.
The hospital will start to operate when its first phase concludes in January next year.
