Tuoitrenews to bring fun from coffee festival
Buon Ma Thuot Province in the Central Highlands hosts a coffee festival every two years to showcase Vietnamese coffee to the world and promote itself as a brand.
To be held from March 10 to 15 this year, appropriately it will be a fun event befitting the exhilarating brew itself, featuring elephant races, ethnic music and dance performances, and an exhibition of artistic pictures related to coffee.
More than 150 Vietnamese and foreign coffee entrepreneurs from countries like Brazil, Columbia, Indonesia, and Ethiopia will showcase their latest products and technologies.
The festival is expected to attract one million visitors this time.
For those interested in the business side of the festival, there will be tours to coffee plantations and a seminar titled “Sustainable development of coffee in Buon Me Thuot”.
