Actress eliminated from Dancing with the stars
Actress Kim Hien was the second one to leave Dancing with the stars after a Quickstep and Rumba night last Sunday when most of her competitors had very impressive performances.
Scoring 31 points, the beautiful actress came last among the 9 competitors left after model and actor Hua Vi Van was the first to be eliminated from the show one week earlier.
Dancing with a new partner since her usual one contracted chickenpox, sexy singer Thu Minh did her 4-year dance training justice when coming first at 36 points with her Rumba steps.
Breaking from the bottom group last week, pop singer Thuy Tien jumped to second place with 35 points after her sweet and romantic Rumba routine was praised “she was born to do this” by the new judge Nguyen Quang Dung, a famous filmmaker.
He stepped in to replace Tran Tien, who quit after the last episode to join some music events in Europe while some rumors had it that it was his outspoken comments that cost him the position.
Model Vu Thu Phuong graced the dance floor with a mermaid-themed quickstep routine but her slackened tempos and a lack of emotion only got her 32 points, which placed her in the bottom two.
“You look like a fish on chopping board,” Dung said jokingly of her performance.
Rock singer Pham Anh Khoa, who topped last week’s episode continued to surprise the jury and audience this time with his Rumba steps.
Though scoring only 33, Khoa managed to dazzle with his flexible and graceful moves, which is much unexpected of a rocker like him.
“That is very surprising and interesting of him,” one judge commented.
