VASCO offers flights between Can Tho, Con Dao

Vietnam Air Services Company (VASCO) Wednesday started offering round-trip flights between Can Tho and Con Dao.
Accordingly, VASCO will provide four flights per week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, using the 65-seat ATR72-500 new-generation aircraft.
Each round-trip flight will take about 40 minutes and tickets will cost from VND600,000 (US$30).
In 2004, VASCO started to offer round-trip flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Con Dao with four flights per week on the 25-seat AN-38 aircraft.
After six years, the demand for this route has grown by 50 percent a year.
At present, VASCO offers 24 to 28 flights per week on this route, using the ATR72-500 aircraft.
