Book on Michael Jackson's death tells truth: Joe

Joe Jackson, father of Michael Jackson, introduced the new book “What really happened to Michael Jackson” during yesterday’s groundbreaking ceremony in southern Vietnam of a US$2 billion dollar tourism project.
The 82-year-old Joe said that what was written in the book is true and he has proof to prove it when he was in the Vietnamese province of Long An where the project is to be built.
In the book, Leonard Rowe, who was with Michael just a few days before he passed, writes that he believes there was a conspiracy behind the murder of Michael Jackson relating to his 50 percent ownership of the entire Sony catalogue, which is now worth billions of dollars.
Joe was attending the ceremony to build the mammoth Happy Land project, in which he holds a stake.
Joe himself is investing in a five-star, 1,000-room hotel as part of the project located on a 338ha expanse in Ben Luc District that will include a $600 million theme park, a 3.7 km boardwalk, a shopping center, hotels, water parks, studios, indoor and outdoor theaters, restaurants, a floating market, and other facilities.
Vietnam’s Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan said at the ceremony that Happy Land Vietnam, a version of the renowned Disneyland theme park, would be the largest tourism project in Southeast Asia.
It is expected to draw fourteen million visitors a year including three million foreigners when finished in April 2014.

A source told Tuoitrenews that the 82-year-old man is very healthy. He tapped his fingers to music during a children dancing show.
When it came to a hip hop performance, Joe cheeringly said that the show could have been better if he had choreographed it.
After a speech from Steelman Partners, the US partner in the project, Joe smiled, saying to himself “Yes, Happy Land, Happy Land”.
He also told Vietnamese press that he will take part in the project’s management. He said he knows what he is doing.
When asked which position he will hold in the project, Joe happily replied that his most important role is always being the father of pop king Michael Jackson.
Joe appeared relaxed and in no way pressured when asked about Michael Jackson.
Despite the heat, Joe only took off his hat to wipe away the heat once in a while.
After the ceremony, he took out a red box containing the aforementioned book and gave it to Phan Thi Phuong Thao, chairwoman of Khang Thong Group – the Vietnamese partner in the project.
He said the book was written by his close friend and will make readers understand that love and truth will always prevail.
Michael’s music heritage has no boundaries, he added.
