Half of peninsula set aside for township construction
The central province of Khanh Hoa has approved a plan to turn half of the Tuan Le-Hon Ngang Peninsula in Van Phong Bay into a tourism-township complex.
The Vietnam Housing and Urban Development Group (HUD) will be responsible for turning 590 hectares of the peninsula into a township complex surrounded with parks.
The approval recently came after HUD submitted its plan last October.
HUD is yet to announce its contractor for the project.
