ANZ to launch factoring in Vietnam

The State Bank of Vietnam has given approval to ANZ Bank (Vietnam) Ltd to launch the factoring services.
Factoring is a financial transaction whereby a business packages and sells its receivables to a third party.
ANZ Vietnam has been allowed to offer factoring services in the domestic market and foreign payments.
Once it begins, it has to report on the status of the service to authorities by October.
