Vietnam allows more flights between Vietnam, Australia
Air carriers from Vietnam and Australia are now allowed to 4 more flights per week from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to major Australian cities of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
The carriers now can offer 14 flights a week ( around 4,200 seats) in total from HCMC and Hanoi to these Australian cities, Vo Huy Cuong, head of Air Transport Department of the Civil Aviation Administration of Viet Nam said.
The carriers can also serve 7 flights a week (around 2,100 seats) to or from these four Australian cities if the flights stop at Adelaide, Darwin or Cairns.
